About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to ZONALHUB CRM, provided by ZONALHUB. By using either you agree to them.
Accounts
Each user gets their own login. Keep passwords and one-time codes private. The account admin is responsible for who is given access and what permissions they have.
Your data
You own the data you put into the CRM. You are responsible for having consent to call and message your customers and for following telemarketing and advertising rules.
Fair use
Do not use the CRM to send spam, make misleading health or product claims, or break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep the CRM available and backed up, but third-party services such as telephony, courier and messaging can have outages outside our control.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
